What should I do before a visit?
Please set up a well-lit, quiet, and calm area in your home to help our team comfortably examine your pet. For cats, please try to contain them in a small, quiet space with limited hiding spaces. Bathrooms are great for this.
If your veterinarian has prescribed anti-anxiety medication for your pet, please administer it approximately 2-3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Annual wellness exams and diarrhea-related sick visits require a fecal sample. If you are collecting one, please keep it refrigerated, collect it as close to your appointment time as possible, and place it in a double-sealed bag before refrigeration.
Where do I get prescription medications for my pet?
Our online, full-service pharmacy provides a wide range of pet care products, including:
Prescription medications
Over-the-counter health care items
Nutrition products
For your convenience, orders can be placed online and shipped directly to your home.
